The Renew button normally shows in My Bookings 48 hours before return time.
Online renewals are possible only if the item is not overdue, has not been renewed before, is not booked for someone else and if the user is not banned.

Booking another similar item to collect when you return the item that you have, does not mean that you keep the item that you have. Placing a new Booking is not the same as a Renewal of an existing loan.

The items that you request will be drawn from a pool of available
equipment. Particular models cannot be reserved.
